Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can track your package easily.

Delayed or Lost Packages

SRASHE is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

If your package appears lost, contact us and we’ll help you resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. We will review and provide a replacement or solution if eligible
